Stanpacks India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2008, inter alia, has not recommended for any Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2008.
Further, the Board has also fixed the date of Annual General Meeting as September 25, 2008.
