Starchik Specialities Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2008, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:

1. The Board considered the plans to approach the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh for a Scheme of Reconstruction and appointed V Harish Kumar & Associates, Advocates to draft the said scheme and place before the Board for consideration.

2. The Board authorized Shri. Sanjay Kumar Sanghi, Managing Director and Shri. Ritesh Kumar Sanghi, Director for the purpose of finalizing the draft scheme, signing of the same for filing with Stock Exchanges and other related matters.
