With reference to the news item appearing in a news channel on ‘dilution of stake by Promoters’ and ‘bidding by Nicholas Piramal’ group, Strides Arcolab Ltd has clarified to BSE that the Company strongly deny any such development and wish to state that the news is not factual and is purely speculative.
On the contrary, the Promoters have increased their stake recently, which has also been disclosed to the Stock Exchanges and is in the public domain.
