Strides Arcolab Ltd has informed BSE that further to the press release issued by the Company on March 05, 2008 on the closure of Aspen transaction, the Strides Aspen JV on March 11, 2008 announced the following clarifications:

- Mr. V Madhusudhan will be CEO of Cellofarm ? the Brazilian operations of the JV and Regional Director of the Latin American operations for the JV.

- Mr. V Madhusudhan will be appointed to the Board of Strides Aspen JV and will report to the Board of Directors of the JV Company.

- Mr. Praveen Venkataramanan will lead the rest of the Latin America and Mexico Operations and will report into Mr. V Madhusudhan.
