Sudal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that as the Company’s NETWORTH has become positive at the financial year ended March 31, 2008, the Company has applied to BIFR and requested the Board to issue an order that the Company has ceased to be a Sick Industrial Company within the meaning of section 3(1)(o) of the Sick Industrial Companies (special provisions) Act and no longer requires to he dealt with the Board and hence to close Company’s case.
