Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2008, has noted / approved the following:
1. Resignation of Dr. N A Kalyani, an Independent Director from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. April 21, 2008.
2. Approval of the appointment of Mr. Rajesh B Rathi, Vice President (Pigment Division) as a Non Retiring Whole Time Director of the Company in the casual vacancy caused by the demise of Late Shri. B J Rathi.
