Sumedha Fiscal Services Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Prakash Kumar Byani has ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from May 20, 2008 consequent to his resignation from the Board of Directors.
However his resignation is subject to approval of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE) of which the Company is a Trading Member.
