Super Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 31, 2008 proposed to de-list the shares of the Company from Coimbatore Stock Exchange Ltd and Madras Stock Exchange Ltd, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 24, 2008.
