Super Syncotex India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall publish its Annual Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008 upto the end of June 30, 2008.

Therefore, the Company will not publish its un-audited financial results (provisional for the quarter period ended March 31, 2008) by the end of April 30, 2008.
