Surat Textile Mills Ltd has informed BSE that Special Director & Co-ordination Cell of Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction Special has appointed Shri. C K Koshy as Special Director on the Board of the Company vide its letter dated February 20, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that The Administrator of The Specified Undertaking of Unit Trust of India has withdrawn its nominee Shri. Vishwa Nath Mathur from the Board of the Company vide its letter dated May 15, 2008.
