Suryachakra Power Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the unit of the Company’s 100% subsidiary Company South Asian Agro industries Ltd has been registered with UNFCCC for availing carbon credits under Clean Development Mechanism for the periods mentioned below which contributes for enhancement of revenues to the Company.

The Company South Asian Agro Industries Ltd will get revenues at the rate of 10.5 euros per each CER delivered from the year 2008-09 onwards.

With the above registration, all the four units of its 100% three subsidiary Companies have been registered with UNFCCC for availing carbon credits under Clean Development Mechanism.
