Sybly Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2008, has allotted 5,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each by converting 5,00,000 Warrants, allotted earlier, to the promoters / promoters group on preferential basis.
