Sybly Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 15, 2008, to consider the following:

1. Annual Accounts of the Company.

2. Convening of Annual General Meeting.

3. To consider and if thought fit to split the face value of the shares of the Company into smaller denominations.
