Taj Gvk Hotels & Resorts Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2008 and recommend dividend if any.

2. To fix the date of the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

3. To fix the date of book closure of Share Transfer Books and Register of Members for the purpose of the 13th Annual General Meeting and distributing dividend if any.
