Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd has informed BSE that the Company Law Board, Western Bench, Mumbai had passed an order on January 17, 2008 for shifting the Registered office of the Company from the State of Maharashtra to the State of Tamil Nadu. Further the Company has informed that the Registrar of Companies, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu has taken on record the said order and confirmed the same on May 08, 2008.

Accordingly, the Registered Office of the Company stands shifted from Lunkad Towers, Viman
Nagar, Pune - 4110114 to Belagondapalli Village, Thally Road, Denkanikotta Taluk, Krishnagiri District, Belagondapalli - 635114, Tamil Nadu with effect from May 08, 2008.
