Tata Sponge Iron Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2008, inter-alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that, at the above said Board Meeting to be held on April 29, 2008, the Board will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2008.
