Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2008, to consider the following:

1. The audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ending March 31, 2008.

2. The audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the fourth quarter and year ending March 31, 2008.

3. Recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.
