Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay, the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka and the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, at the hearing held on March 28, 2008, April 03, 2008 and April 04, 2008 respectively have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between iPolicy Networks Ltd and Tech Mahindra (R & D Services) Ltd with Tech Mahindra Ltd and their respective shareholders (”the Scheme”).
