Terai Tea Company Ltd has informed BSE that Audited Annual Accounts for the year ending March 31, 2008 shall be considered and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting to be held on June 30, 2008.

Threfore the Company is not publishing un-audited for the quarter ending March 31, 2008 within one month from the end of the quarter.
