Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Scheme of Amalgamation of Tezpore Tea Company Ltd with Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd has been sanctioned by the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta by an Order passed on April 23, 2008.

Further, Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd has informed that, June 20, 2008 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of the shareholders of Tezpore Tea Company Ltd (Transferor Company), to whom shares of Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd (Transferee Company) will be allotted as per the Scheme of Amalgamation of Tezpore Tea Company Ltd with the Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd.
