Thermax Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2008:

The Unaudited results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2008

The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 805.30 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 697.30 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 8316.40 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 to Rs 9346.60 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.

The Audited results for the Year ended March 31, 2008

The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 2807.80 million for the year ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 1878.00 million for the year ended March 31, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 22100.30 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 to Rs 32459.40 million for the year ended March 31, 2008.

The Group has posted a net profit after minority interest of Rs 2907.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 1937.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 23626.40 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 to Rs 35254.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2008.
