Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Ltd (”Manager to the Offer”) for and on behalf of Thomas Cook UK Ltd (”Acquirer”) has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the shareholders of Thomas Cook (India) Ltd (”Target Company”), which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement (”PA”) issued on March 08, 2008 & and the letter of offer sent on May 13, 2008, pursuant to and in compliance with, among others, regulation 10 & regulation 12 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 1997, as amended (”Regulations”).
