Transport Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2008, inter alia, to consider & approve the following matters.

1. Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter and F.Y ended March 31, 2008 alongwith the Draft Report of Auditors thereon.

2. Payment of Final Dividend, if any.

3. Employees Stock Options Scheme 2006 (ESOS) to be considered in the Compensation Committee / Board Meetings.
