Triton Corp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 24, 2008, inter alia, to discuss and consider the following:

1. Issue of share warrants on preferential basis.

2. Issue of Optionally Convertible Debentures on preferential basis.

3. Floating of Employees Stock Option Scheme for employees of Triton Corp Ltd and its subsidiary and associate Companies.

4. Convene of extra ordinary general meeting of the members of the Company for above said purposed.

5. Declaration of interim dividend on equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2007-2008.
