Tube Investments of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 01, 2008, inter alia, for approving the audited accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 and will also consider recommending dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.
