Tuni Textile Mills Ltd has informed BSE that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:

“1. Deferred tax liability or assets has also been not provided in the quarterly results as stated in note no 3; and

2. Provision of income tax as per section 115JB of the Income Tax Act, 1961 has not been made by the Company.”
