With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 16, 2008 regarding Notice of Postal Ballot, Uniply Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that, inadvertently the Company have mentioned the last date of receiving postal ballot forms by Scrutinizer is on “August 20, 2008” but correct date is on “August 22, 2008″.

Further the Company had informed that, the result of postal ballot will be declared and confirmed at the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on “August 20, 2008″, which was wrong but correct date is on “August 23, 2008″.
