Universal Office Automation Ltd has informed BSE that the Company proposes to publish the audited results for the year ended March 31, 2008 within three months of the close of the last quarter i.e. March 31, 2008.

Hence the unaudited results for the quarter as on March 31, 2008 shall not be published.
