Vaghani Techno Build Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2008, inter alia, has decided to increase the borrowing powers of the Board of Directors and authorizing the Board of Directors to sell, lease or otherwise dispose of the properties including mortgage of the Company.
