Valiant Communications Board recommends dividend
Valiant Communications Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2008, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Proposed and recommended the payment of Dividend at the rate of 10% (TEN PERCENT) for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2008, subject to the approval of members in their 15th Annual General Meeting.
2. Shri. Avinash Verma has been appointed as an Additional Non Executive Independent Director of the Company.
Further, he has been elected as a member of the Audit Committee, Investors Grievance Committee and Remuneration Committee.
3. Shri. Anil Tandon has been appointed as an Additional Executive Director of the Company.
