Valiant Communications Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2008, inter alia, have accorded the following :

1. Shri. Avinash Verma has been appointed as an Additional Non Executive Independent Director of the Company.

Further, he has been elected as a member of the Audit Committee, Investors Grievance Committee and Remuneration Committee.

2. Shri. Anil Tandon has been appointed as an Additional Executive Director of the Company.
