Valiant Communications Ltd has informed BSE that Shri. Sunil Gandhi has tendered his resignation from the post of Non Executive Independent Director of the Company, in his letter dated May 03, 2008 addressed to the Company.
Consequently, he has also resigned from the membership of Audit Committee, Investors Grievance Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
