Vardhman Polytex Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has flied a petition in the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh for the amalgamation of M/s. Amkryon International Pvt Ltd with the Company. Accordingly, Hon’ble High Court vide its Order dated February 28, 2008 has approved the said amalgamation.
