Vedant Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2008, inter alia, has unanimously approved a draft Scheme of Arrangement under Section 391 and 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 comprising amalgamation between Maharashtra Hospitality Ltd and Vedant Lapidary Pvt Ltd with the Company and other restructuring measures.
