Videocon Appliances Ltd has informed BSE that with regards to the members of the Board of Director of the Company have accorded approval to change of name of the Company from “Videocon Appliances Ltd” to “Value Industries Ltd”. The Company has now informed that, the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai has issued its approval to the said change and issued fresh certificate consequent to change of name of Company from “Videocon
Appliances Ltd” to “Value Industries Ltd”. Accordingly, w.e.f. April 03, 2008, the name of the Company stands changed to “Value Industries Ltd.“
