Vikas WSP Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To rectify resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting dated January 04, 2001, to the extent to make a rump disclosure of SEBI (DIP) guidelines, 2000 in respect of shares issued on preferential basis to promoters.
2. To consider and approve any other matters for the aforesaid purposes.
