Vikas WSP Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has acquired industrial land for its forthcoming project as mentioned below:

1. Purchased Industrial Plot No. SP-82 measuring 33380 square meters for its forthcoming certified organic (USDA NOP, Japan Agriculture Standards (JAS), EEC and NPOP India organic) project at I.G.C., Khara (Bikaner) from RIICO Ltd (A Rajasthan Government undertaking) for the manufacturing of following products:

(a) Guar Polymers - To meet out the increased export demand of certified organic guar gum polymers mainly for the production of lactofermented foods, dairy and convenient food products.

(b) Wheat Farina - To manufacture pregelatinized certified organic wheat farina for export for making use in donuts, pancakes and other similar food applications.
