Vipul Dye Chem Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2008, has resolved the following:
1. Appointed Mr. Prasanna Kumar Gawde as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. March 31, 2008, who shall hold office until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. Issued and allotted 10,07,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each upon conversion of
10,07,000 warrants issued on preferential basis.
