Vishal Exports Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2008, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the following business:

1. To consider and approve the draft Annual Audited Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended September 30, 2007 along with the recommendations of the Audit Committee, if any, on the said Accounts.

2. To recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended on September 30, 2007.

3. To fix the day, date, time and place and approve the draft notice convening the 13th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company.
