Vishal Retail Ltd has informed BSE that 20,000 10.45% Unsecured Redeemable Non ? Convertible Debentures of the Company having face value of Rs 10,000 each issued to Deutsche Trustee Services (India) Pvt Ltd on November 23, 2007 will be redeemed on March 28, 2008 as per their terms of issue.
