1. Appointment of Mr. Ashutosh Mishra as Joint Managing Director with effect from May 01, 2008 for a period of 5 years was approved.

2. Appointment of Mr. Ashok Gandhi as a Whole Time Director with effect from May 01, 2008 for a period of 5 years was approved.
