Visisth Mercantile Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 28, 2008, inter alia, to consider and taken on record the following matters:

1. To consider and take on record un-audited financial result for the quarter ended
June 30, 2008.

2. To Issue the Equity Shares and / or Warrants on preferential allotment basis to Promoters and Other Investors at a price as per the guidelines issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
