With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 11, 2008 regarding acquisition of M/s. James Robinson Ltd, UK, Vivimed Labs Ltd has informed BSE that all transactions for acquisition are completed on May 29, 2008 and Vivimed Labs Ltd, through its 100% subsidiary M/s. Vivimed Holdings Ltd, took over management and control of the Company.
