Vyapar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on April 30, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business:

- Partial modification of terms of issue of the 15,00,000 Convertible Warrants approved by the shareholders at their meeting held on October 26, 2007, to extend the period for exercising the option for conversion of the convertible warrants into equity shares by a further period of 6 months to 12 months and that the other terms of the issue would remain unchanged.
