Walchandnagar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 04, 2008 to allot Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio of 1:1 as authorized by the Shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on January 30, 2008.
