Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that Administrative Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors vide their resolution dated June 20, 2008 resolved to issue and allot 5600 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Wipro Employee Stock Options Plan i.e. WESOP 2000.
