Wyeth Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008.
At the said meeting, the Board of Directors will also consider declaration of Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2008.
