Adani Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of postal ballot, have passed the Special Resolution to authorize the Board of Directors of the Company for making investments, giving loans and providing guarantees / securities in excess of the limits prescribed in the said section, with requisite majority on March 27, 2008.
