With reference to the earlier announcement dated on June 03, 2008 and June 10, 2008, Advani Hotels & Resorts India Ltd has now informed BSE that the matter related to open offer made by Delta Hospitality for acquisition of shares of Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Ltd (AHRIL) came up for hearing before the Securities Appellate Tribunal on June 20, 2008 and the same has been posted for hearing on July 01, 2008.
