Almondz Global Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the Special Resolution for making inter-corporate loans / deposits, making investment, giving guarantee, providing security and acquiring various securities in group / other companies, etc. to the extent of Rs 7500 lacs.

The Managing Director of the Company shall announce the results of the Postal Ballot on January 08, 2008.
